On behalf of the CECC team, we are pleased to invite you to our first ever business mission to Armenia. The program of the mission is developed in collaboration with the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (Embassy of Canada), the Armenian Embassy to Canada, and the Canada-Armenia Business Council.

This is the first business mission being organized by the CECC to Armenia. It follows the opening of the Embassy of Canada in Armenia in October 2023, which marks a new milestone in Canada-Armenia bilateral relations and opens new perspectives for Canadian businesses seeking to explore this market. The mission, which is focused on the mining and education sectors (including vocational education, professional trainings, and education technologies), coincides with the Education and Career EXPO-2024, the largest education trade show in Armenia.

- Education institutions interested in various types of cooperation, academic exchanges, and curriculum export, as well as education institutions with ready to export training programs for various industries
- Developers of educational methods, products and technologies
- Mining, geological and exploration companies
- Mining and processing equipment manufacturers and suppliers
- Environmental protection and rehabilitation companies
- Consultants and law firms, mining evaluation services
- Technology: automation and information services, software development data analysis, laboratories, etc

To ensure the most effective outcome of the proposed business mission, the Program of visit will include:
- Pre-mission webinar for registered delegates on doing business in Armenia
- Round table with experts and partners in Yerevan on the country economic outlook and market development trends, business opportunities, legal and trade regulations for international business
- Business networking reception hosted by the Embassy of Canada to Armenia
- Tailored matchmaking activities for each delegate company to establish direct business dialog with potential buyers and partners
- Opportunity to display company materials at the join exhibition booth at Education and Carrere EXPO-2024 (TBC)
- Site visits and individual meetings with government and business stakeholders
- Follow up support by the CECC and TCS teams to assist in facilitation of business deals
- An "indirect participation" at the business mission is offered as an option to those who can not travel to Yerevan at this time, but keen to test the market an disseminate the company information through the CECC team
CECC and our organizational partners will also assist with visa and logistical advice on the ground.
