Kazakhstan Canada Business Council (KCBC)

Date and time: November 25th, 2022 at 9am Astana Time 

Location: Rixos President Astana hotel (Kunayev str.7, Astana, Kazakhstan)                                

Participants: The meeting will be attended by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Canada, the Embassy of Canada in Astana, National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom", "Cameco" Corporation, National Company "KazakhInvest", Canada Eurasia Chamber of Commerce (СЕСС), international financial institutions and business leaders of two countries.

Simultaneous translation is provided.

About KCBC:

Creating a Kazakhstan Canada Business Council (KCBC) has been one of the key measures to promote bilateral business ties between Canada and Kazakhstan. The main goal of the KCBC is to promote cooperation, trade, and investment between companies and organizations of Kazakhstan and Canada. The KCBC comprises Canadian and Kazakhstani businesses, meeting once every two years (alternating between Kazakhstan and Canada) to address issues pertinent to cooperation and bilateral trade between the two countries.

The council is supported by both sides' governments and forms a platform to promote a stronger and more multi-faceted relationship between Canada and Kazakhstan.
