Dear CERBA and Partners,
As you may know, the Arctic Council was established in 1996 as a high-level intergovernmental forum that could address issues faced by the Arctic governments and the indigenous people of the Arctic.
Being a member of the Arctic Council and current chair, with regard to further Arctic collaboration Russia has developed the program of the Russian Chairmanship in the Arctic Council for 2021-2023, and the document setting Russia’s Chairmanship priorities for 2021-2023.
